As her first company Claudia Patricia Jimenéz G. founded in 1985 Paseo España Inmobiliaria-Abogados in Bogotá, Colombia as a real estate brokerage, law firm and financial provider for the high-end market, targeting presidents & CEOs of multinational corporations, foreign ambassadors, United Nations officers and other top-ranked authorities. Two other subsidiaries were founded in Bucaramanga (1990) and in Tunja (1995). 
During in more than 20 years the Paseo España Group has sold, leased and marketed real properties in Colombia and overseas in premium real estate, as well as raised and financed businesses loans and mortgages.
In 2006, her founder and owner broker, Claudia Patricia Jiménez G., created her holding group in North America, launching Paseo España Realty & Financial Group, Inc. and also a mining, oil and gas properties brokerage and mining investment consulting called Claudia Resources & Mining Investments Corp.
It was established in Toronto, also as a federal corporation. Both enterprises have been really active forging strategic alliances and a global business network that serves and competes worldwide for the investments and the financing of mega-projects
